Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

· End-Product Jewelry Orders: We accept cancellations before the item is shipped or produced.

· Clam Opening Orders: We accept cancellations only if the oyster has not yet been opened.

· Customization Orders: Once the order is placed, we do not accept cancellations due to the bespoke nature of the product.

Customers will receive a full refund for approved cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or the clam has been opened.

2. Returns (if applicable)

· Customers may apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.

· To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

· A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

· Please contact our customer service before sending any return to confirm the correct return address.

Important Notes

· Customization orders and Clam Opening items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

· If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Fees depend on the carrier chosen.

· If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), the customer will not bear any shipping fee.

· No restocking fee will be charged.

· If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to post officially.
