1. Place Your Order

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique order number.

Please keep this number safe — it’s your ticket to join our live pearl opening!

 

2. Join Our TikTok Live Show

Visit our TikTok live stream and wait for your order number to be called.

Our hosts will open your oyster live, revealing the beautiful pearl inside — just for you!

 

3. Choose Customization or DIY

After your pearl is opened, you can decide whether you’d like to:

DIY, Ship the loose pearl directly (we’ll clean and package it carefully), or Turn it into a custom jewelry piece in our Customization Live Room. If you choose customization, our team will help you schedule a time with our jewelry designer during a live session.

 

4. Production & Delivery

Once your pearl jewelry is completed or your loose pearl is ready, we’ll carefully package it and ship it to you. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
