Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept any order change, refunds or returns once payment has been completed.

It depends on how long it takes for the courier to deliver, but we will do our best to get the order to the courier as soon as possible.
If the package is lost, we will compensate or reissue it for you.
Due to the unique nature of our oyster-opening service, we do not accept returns once the oyster has been opened. For finished jewelry products, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
